Crystal Cable TV (CCTV)is one of the few remaining independent cable companies in Michigan as well as the United States.
As a division of Great Lakes Communication Company, Crystal Cable has been providing cable television service to the Crystal area for nearly 15 years.
CCTV has survived over the years by concentrating on customer service and providing a reliable product. Today CCTV offers a highly competitive cable package based on price, channels and service.

Payment Policies: Effective January 1, 2003
- Cable TV is billed in advance on the 20th of each month
- Payment is due on the 1st of each month
- Unpaid services are subject to a $5.00 late fee after the 10th
- Unpaid services after the 10th of the following month will be disconnected and a $45.00 disconnect fee will be charged
- Accounts disconnected for non-payment must have all charges paid in full before service can be restored
